I was recommended to use Simon to help solve recurring problems I had with pain in my leg and lower back especially when driving. I’ve just had my massage this week with Simon for a repetitive strain injury in my shoulder. Massage really helps loosen up the muscles and manage the pain. I found that a full session of massage is much more useful to manage my problem than painkillers. As well as immediate pain relief, Simon’s practical suggestions of exercises and movements to do at home have been a big help. I would thoroughly recommend Simon to anyone who was thinking about sports massage either for a niggling problem or to aid sports recovery; it is surprising how much difference it makes! Due to the increased frequency of my training before my first competition, I had put my body through extra stress. I am pretty well-versed on Self-Myofacial-Release, but there were three places I couldn’t hit properly; forearms, triceps and the QL muscle.
