Sports-Massage-2Simon is a fully qualified and fully insured Personal Fitness Trainer and sessions take place in the client’s home, place of work or local parks. All the necessary equipment is provided and the client just requires suitable exercise clothing and shoes. As well as improving fitness, building muscles and reducing body fat, there are many health benefits to sensible eating and regular exercise, including cardiovascular fitness, the development of lean muscle, weight reduction, increased energy levels and confidence.

Exercise is also an important part in the management of health problems such as diabetes, depression, obesity, osteoporosis and cardiac problems. Simon works with clients and their care providers to plan safe, effective programmes, focused on health and fitness targets. By monitoring blood pressure levels, heart rate, weight and body fat percentages, clients can see measurable improvements in their health and fitness. It is a known fact that working with a personal trainer keeps clients motivated and Simon always makes sure the sessions are varied, challenging and results focused.

Each has a personal goal and wants to improve their general health and lifestyle. Whether training for the London marathon, or wanting to get back to fitness after childbirth, Simon will structure programmes which are results- focused. Too often he has seen clients who have regrettably wasted time and energy on inefficient workouts. His personal training sessions, in the home or the workplace, are very popular with clients who do not feel comfortable in a gym environment or who are new to an exercise regime.

£45 a session or £400 for 10 sessions – male or female trainers are available.
